Poche

Here are the Poche's for my house, the Villa Venturi. The house lies on a flat site and thus light is recieved at a similar level throughout. The house is split distinctly into a light/dark contrast from the southern half to the northern half. This is split using a chimney. The envelope around the chimney is encased in light due to the ample use of skylights and large windows in unusual places. These unusual placements help to give the occupant a sense of space as well as light.
Each room has its own sense of light and uses large windows to give a sense of openness, such as the ground floor kitchen.
